Don't Stop Ruuunning!
Well since I am in a groove now, we all went out for a run / bike ride along the river. It was so nice to be out with the family doing exercise! After the run we came back to our apartment and went to the roof to cool down!

Race Day...
My company sponsored us to run in the 5K JP Morgan corporate challenge. It was my first race since running track in high school. It felt so good to get out there and run and FINISH! Looking forward to doing more races!

Rainy Day Pick Up
Mason & I went down to PS19 to get Everett from School. We all got a little wet but had a great time running in the rain!!

Day off!
Everett had a free day off from school today so we took full advantage. 1st stop Empire State Building, 2nd stop the Beast Speed Boat to the Statue of Liberty 3rd stop the Intrepid. What a great day experiencing NYC with our little boy!!
