Can't believe it's been a year of Pre-K and Everett will be going off to Kindergarten in the fall. He has grown so much and we are so proud of him.

Don't Stop Ruuunning!

Well since I am in a groove now, we all went out for a run / bike ride along the river. It was so nice to be out with the family doing exercise!  After the run we came back to our apartment and went to the roof to cool down!

Race Day...

My company sponsored us to run in the 5K JP Morgan corporate challenge. It was my first race since running track in high school.  It felt so good to get out there and run and FINISH!  Looking forward to doing more races!
